In Scope is a mini-curriculum and conversation workshop series designed for managers of small- to medium-sized projects at UW–Madison. Showcase

Showcase is an annual event designed to celebrate and strengthen a culture of organizational excellence and continuous improvement at UW–Madison. It offers an opportunity for colleagues from across campus to share best practices, learn from each other’s successes, and connect. The all-day program features poster exhibits, poster flash talks, a keynote presentation, and breakout sessions that highlight campus strategic initiatives and best practices on topics that promote organizational effectiveness.

Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI)

UW–Madison has an organizational membership to NCCI, a national organization whose mission is to advance change and innovation in higher education. This membership offers access to free resources and webinars about managing change, driving innovation, improving processes, etc., as well as the opportunity to attend workshops and an annual conference at a discounted rate, participate in communities of practice, and connect with other higher education institution leaders driving change and innovation.
