The Wisconsin Public Radio Leadership Team worked closely with a consultant from the Office of Strategic Consulting to develop the framework for optimizing our broadcast and digital services. The consultant did an outstanding job involving members of the management team in the change process. His thoughtful approach built trust with our team members and facilitated the creation of a strategic prioritization plan that will shape WPR’s future for years to come.
