John Graves joins the Office of Strategic Consulting as an associate internal consultant. He brings with him 10 years of coaching experience with Division I college football programs, including more than four years with UW–Madison. Throughout John’s coaching journey, he prioritized individual development and positive culture change, all while creating a healthy environment for people to feel safe.
John earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from Virginia Tech. He is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM-II), Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitator, Prosci Change Practitioner, and SAFe5 Agilist.
