Grace Kilpatrick brings over 10 years of project and program management experience to the role of senior project manager. Prior to UW–Madison, Grace worked in a variety of software industries, most recently managing a range of projects and programs to deliver custom software solutions for the building industry, including multi-million dollar programs for premier home improvement retailers and millwork manufacturers. Grace excels at stakeholder engagement and communication, escalation management and resolution, and complex program and portfolio management. Grace is passionate about project management culture and professional development, and volunteers on the operational board for the Madison chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI).
Grace holds a master of arts in organizational management—with a specialization in project management—from University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC). She also holds two bachelor of arts degrees: one in cultural anthropology from UAGC and one in European humanities from San Diego State University. Grace is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I).
