Erv Matsche joined the Office of Strategic Consulting as a senior project manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project management. Prior to joining UW–Madison, Erv worked with organizations such as WE Energies, Rockwell International, Kohls, and Northwestern Mutual. His career commenced in application development and support, and he eventually transition into project management roles, supporting the operational departments of various companies. Over the years, he has successfully overseen the execution of numerous large-scale, multi-department projects, including the replacement of a customer information system and the implementation energy management, distribution management, and work management systems.
Erv completed his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a second major in computer science from UW–Madison. He furthered his education by earning an MBA with a finance emphasis from UW–Whitewater.
