Office of Strategic Consulting

Caelin Niehoff joined the Office of Strategic Consulting with more than eight years of experience developing strategic communications campaigns for clients big and small, from nonprofit institutions to Fortune 500 companies. She is a dynamic writer and storyteller who specializes in creative nonfiction writing and believes in the power of narrative to help organizations drive meaningful change.

Prior to joining the Office of Strategic Consulting, Caelin served as an associate creative director at the History Factory, a brand management agency, where she held positions as an editorial associate, staff writer, and account manager. During her time at the agency, she wrote, edited, and oversaw the development of content for client websites, videos, social media channels, e-newsletters, training toolkits, and print publications, including four book-length projects.  

She holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from DePaul University, a postbaccalaureate certificate in creative writing from Northwestern University, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from New York University.
