Steve Bialek joined the Office of Strategic Consulting as an internal consultant, bringing with him a wide range of experience in higher education and as a business consultant. He has worked with a variety of public and private organizations on strategic planning, process improvement, organizational development, and management training projects. Steve’s academic and administrative leadership experience in higher education includes having served as an academic planner for UW System Administration; as a faculty member, department chair, and interim vice president of academics for Milwaukee School of Engineering; and as the founding dean for the School of Business at Carroll University.
Steve earned his master’s degree in administrative leadership from UW–Milwaukee and his Ph.D. in educational administration from UW–Madison.
