Andi Smetana joined the Office of Strategic Consulting as a senior project manager, bringing over two decades of expertise in system deployment and change management. During her tenure at University of Wisconsin System Administration, she played a pivotal role in projects including Pay-to-Procure Automation, CollegeSource, and Navigate. Andi has supported Ceridian, SAP, and Workday human resources information systems deployments at Tower Automotive, Rockwell Automation, Fiserv, and American Family Insurance, helping to drive optimization within HR processes.
Andi holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Mount Mary College, as well as an MBA and certificate in human resource management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
