Troy Sterr brought over 20 years of program and project management experience to his role as senior project manager for the Office of Strategic Consulting. Prior to coming to UW–Madison, Troy worked with the Department of Children and Families as the project director for the Child Support Modernization Project and with the Department of Workforce Development as a program and project manager on a variety of complex IT projects for the Division of Unemployment Insurance.
Troy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Marquette University and a master’s degree in public policy from UW–Madison.
