Crystel Anders supports the Office of Strategic Consulting by providing expertise in several areas including strategic focus, planning, improving team function, meeting facilitation, and leadership development. Crystel has over 25 years of experience in organizational management, leadership advancement, strategic focus, and vision. She has held leadership roles in multiple local and national organizations, including serving as the executive director of Community Shares of Wisconsin.
Crystel holds a master’s degree in social work from UW–Madison and received her bachelor’s degree from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
