Position title: Internal Consultant
Crystel Anders supports the Office of Strategic Consulting by providing expertise in multiple areas including strategic focus, planning, improving team function, meeting facilitation, and leadership development. Crystel is an adjunct faculty member at the Robert M. La Follette School of Public Affairs, teaching a special topics course on nonprofit leadership. She is also an advisory board member for the Morgridge Center for Public Service.
Crystel has over 25 years of experience in organizational management, leadership advancement, strategic focus, and vision. She has held executive positions in multiple organizations, most recently as the executive director of Community Shares of Wisconsin, and has served in various leadership roles for local and national organizations.
Crystel holds a Master of Science in social work from UW–Madison and received her Bachelor of Science from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
