Consulting Services
Rates
Unless otherwise indicated on the Strategic Consulting Statement of Work, estimated costs are based on an hourly consulting rate of $125, with the following additional conditions:
- A 50% surcharge may be applied to all client-requested consulting hours during evenings or weekends (those hours may be charged at $187.50 per hour).
- Events canceled by the client without 24 hours’ notice may be billed at the full rate.
Billing
- UW–Madison clients will be billed through an interdepartmental billing form.
- Clients will be billed for actual hours at the conclusion of the engagement.
Project Management & Delivery Services
Rates
Project management and delivery services support key campus initiatives. The costs for these services are included in the approved project budget.
Billing
Project managers’ and coordinators’ time is billed to a project based on the FTE percentage dedicated to the project. Invoices are sent quarterly.
