Project Management

Our project management team is responsible for supporting large, enterprise-wide initiatives in the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration’s project portfolio. Our team partners with senior leadership to manage and deliver large initiatives that impact multiple units across the institution. Team members engage with partners throughout the project lifecycle to:

  • Increase project efficiency and effectiveness to ensure successful project completion and maximize the project’s benefit to campus.
  • Align projects with existing partner strategies, goals, and culture.
  • Improve management of project resources.
  • Support evolving project needs by implementing flexible strategies and management techniques.
