Project Management Insights from UW–Madison’s Workday Implementation
Sept. 16, 10:00–11:00 a.m. | Online Event
The Office of Strategic Consulting and Project Manager (PM) Community of Practice are teaming up to offer an inside look at the implementation of Workday at UW–Madison on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (during the regularly scheduled PM Community of Practice meeting).
This online event features a dynamic panel of project managers from across the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP), each offering insights, lessons learned, and unique perspectives from their role in this large-scale initiative. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how these professionals navigated the complexities of the project while staying focused on both immediate and long-term goals.
This event is designed for UW–Madison faculty and staff who are part of the PM Community of Practice or have attended sessions of In Scope: Managing Projects at UW–Madison. All other faculty and staff are also welcome to attend.
