Introducing UW–Madison’s New Change Management Framework
Aug. 18, 10:00–11:00 a.m. | Online Event
Change is a constant across campus—from new technologies and processes to strategic initiatives and organizational improvements. While project plans help guide implementation, successful change also depends on how well people understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working.
The Office of Strategic Consulting and Project Manager (PM) Community of Practice are teaming up to offer an introduction to UW–Madison’s new Change Management Framework and toolkit on Tuesday, August 18, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (during the regularly scheduled PM Community of Practice meeting).
During this session, participants will:
- Discover a new, shared approach to change at UW–Madison
- Explore tools designed to support their change efforts
- Learn how these resources can be applied to projects and initiatives
- Share feedback that will help inform ongoing refinement of the framework and toolkit
Join the online session.
