
Binnu Palta Hill joined the Office of Strategic Consulting as an internal consultant with 26 years of experience consulting leadership, developing programs, and enhancing organizational effectiveness at UW–Madison.
In May 2015, Binnu’s work took her to the White House, where she shared best practices that helped the administration prepare for a culturally competent workforce. She has served on the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) Diversity Board, the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism Advisory Board, and the Information Technology Academy Advisory Board at UW–Madison. She is the recipient of UW–Madison’s Outstanding Woman of Color Award, Wisconsin Innovation Award, Wisconsin Alumni Association Leadership Award, and James M. Johannes Outstanding Faculty Award for Excellence in Executive Education Teaching.
Binnu has spoken at over 150 conferences throughout the United States and Europe and consulted with over 30 corporations. She has been featured on podcasts such as Poets&Quants, Conversation with a Manager, and the National Broadcasting Association’s #LeadershipLab series. Her work on building inclusive cultures has been featured in The Capital Times, Biz Education, NBC 15, and INSIGHT Into Diversity.
