As a policy analyst, TJ supports campus partners in developing, revising, and strengthening university policies. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education—including roles in residence life, student leadership development, student organizations, and policy support—TJ brings a broad base of experience to the Office of Strategic Consulting that supports a transparent and effective policy environment at UW–Madison.
TJ holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Lake Forest College, a master’s degree in college student affairs from Eastern Illinois University, and a doctoral degree in student affairs administration and leadership from UW–La Crosse, along with multiple business, education, and technology certifications.
