Before joining the Office of Strategic Consulting as a project manager, Armando Farias spent several years working with the Smartmatic Group, traveling to different countries to successfully plan and implement highly complex technology solutions for governments. These included end-to-end election processes and identity management systems, as well as other solutions for “smart-city” projects. His experience also includes working with The Wasmer Company, effectively deploying energy-saving solutions for large commercial and industrial users.
Armando holds a materials engineering degree and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
