Kaizen

Description:

(Note: Elements of the Kaizen training curriculum have been incorporated into the Lean Six Sigma training.)

This is a one-day course.

Kaizen is a team-based process improvement technique focused on removing waste from an observable, repeatable process. Originally developed in Japan, Kaizen projects are scoped to be small in time completion (typically 1‐5 days of involvement for most team members). The Kaizen 5S techniques are also introduced in this course (5S represents Japanese words that describe the steps of a workplace organization process.)

Trained Staff:
