Betsey Kenyon joined the Office of Strategic Consulting as a senior project manager, bringing over eight years of program and project management experience. Prior to coming to UW–Madison, Betsey worked with the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) as a project manager on a variety of complex IT projects. She was the program manager for the DWD’s Unemployment Insurance Pandemic Program, leading six teams to deliver more than 10 federally funded projects to support Wisconsin citizens collecting unemployment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Betsey holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UW–Whitewater and a Master of Public Administration from UW–Oshkosh. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
