Stacy Miller joined the Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) in UW–Madison’s Office of Strategic Consulting as a senior project manager in October 2019. The 10 years of project and program management experience she brought to her new role provided exposure to several industries, including health insurance systems management, third-party benefits administration, and financial services. She came to UW–Madison from the Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) where she assisted in building a project management office and facilitated change management across the organization. She was also responsible for coaching her project management team on Project Management Institute (PMI) project management best practices and continues to volunteer her time with PMI in a mentorship capacity.
Stacy is a graduate of Dale Carnegie leadership training, receiving the Highest Award for Achievement in 2017. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication science from UW–Madison, an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, and is both a certified project management professional (PMP) and a certified professional Scrum Master (PSM).
