Stefanie Freyberger has been at UW–Madison since September 2015, when she joined the former Administrative Process Redesign (APR) office as a business performance manager. In her role with APR, Stefanie partnered with campus units in the areas of continuous improvement, project and performance management, data analysis, and change management by aligning work processes, people, and culture to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
Prior to coming to UW–Madison, Stefanie held several positions of increasing responsibility in supply chain management and logistics. Stefanie is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has led many projects and change initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools, change management, and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process.
Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, with a major in supply chain management, and a master’s degree in international business – supply chain management from the Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
